I built Arcon because I believe we shouldn't have to choose between function and elegance in the athletic tools we use every day.

Most fitness accessories force that compromise.

I wear my Apple Watch every day. I train, work, and live in it. But every band I tried felt generic, poorly made, or cheapened the look of the watch. Connector fit was loose and clearly an afterthought.

I wanted one band that could move with me everywhere I go.

As an athlete, I care about performance, durability, and comfort. As an engineer, I care about fit, materials, and doing things properly.

So I built the solution myself.

It began with sketches of a band visually aligned with the Apple Watch Ultra, finished with waterproof FKM and stainless steel hardware. Months were spent working with manufacturers, prototyping, refining the design, testing materials, and perfecting the connector fit.

The result is the Hybrid One Band - our first product and how Arcon was born.
