Returns

At Arcon, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, you may return your item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition as received. All original packaging must be included. We’re unable to refund items that have been used or damaged.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us before returning it so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
